How do I connect the software I already use (like Jobber or Housecall Pro)?

You connect other software in the Advanced section. The Advanced section in the left menu starts closed, so click the word Advanced to open it, then click Integrations.

The tab shows two lists: tools you've already Connected, and tools that are Available. These include:

• Call tracking, like CallRail.
• Field-service software, like Jobber, Housecall Pro, and ServiceTitan.
• And more.

Each tool has a Connect button with its own short steps. Usually you sign in to that tool, or paste a key from it.

Once it's connected right, new leads from your website flow into the software you already use. A lead is a person who contacted you and might become a customer. If you'd rather not do the connecting yourself, the support team can do it with you.
