You see them in the Leads tab. In the left menu, under the Customers heading, click Leads.
A lead is a person who filled out the form on your site or asked you for work. Each one shows their name, their message, and when it came in.
At the top is a banner showing who is still waiting on a call back. That way the people you owe a call are the first thing you see.
To sort the list, use the filter buttons: Needs callback, Won, Not a fit, and Everyone. There's also a search box if you're hunting for one person.
Your Dashboard also shows your most recent leads at a glance, so you can spot new ones the moment you log in.
Why this matters
Every lead is a possible job. Seeing them in one place means no one slips through the cracks and no work is lost.
