Last updated: June 2026
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using LocalSites.Dev (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What We Provide
LocalSites.Dev is a software-as-a-service platform that builds, hosts, and manages websites for local service businesses such as plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, roofers, and similar trades. The Service includes:
- AI-powered website generation and content creation
- Website hosting on custom or platform-provided domains
- An admin dashboard for managing your site content, settings, and SEO
- Optional agency and white-label features for managing multiple client sites
Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@localsites.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and building your website. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that contain false or misleading information.
Subscriptions and Payments
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice.
- All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Failed payments may result in service interruption after a 7-day grace period
- We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations (see our Refund Policy)
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service, including your business information, photos, logos, and reviews. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service and delivering your website.
Content generated by our AI tools on your behalf becomes your content once generated. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy before publishing.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not:
- Publish false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without authorization
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Use the platform for any business or activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
Custom Domains
You may connect your own domain name to your LocalSites.Dev website. You are responsible for purchasing, renewing, and maintaining ownership of your domain through your domain registrar. We provide DNS configuration instructions and automated TLS certificates for connected domains. If your subscription ends, we will stop serving your site on your custom domain after the grace period.
Agency and White-Label Accounts
Agency-tier users may manage websites on behalf of their clients. As an agency user, you represent that you have your clients’ authorization to provide their business data to the Service. You are responsible for your clients’ compliance with these terms.
White-label features allow agencies to rebrand the platform. The underlying technology and infrastructure remain the property of LocalSites.Dev. White-label rights are limited to your active subscription period.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, templates, block system, and branding, is owned by LocalSites.Dev and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses caused by temporary unavailability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalSites.Dev and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. After cancellation:
- Your website will be taken offline
- Your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
- You may export your content before the retention period ends
We may terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or if required by law. In cases of serious abuse we may terminate immediately without notice.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
