Customer reviews go on your website through the Testimonials tab.
- In the left menu under Customers, click Testimonials.
- Add a testimonial. Type the customer's words, their name, and their town.
- Press Save.
Some sites start with a few AI-drafted example testimonials. Those do not show on your site until you approve them. Each one has an Approve button, and there's an Approve All button to approve the whole list at once. Replace any that aren't from a real customer.
If your account has the Google Reviews tool, you can send a real Google review straight to your website with one tap from there.
Why this matters
A stranger trusts other customers more than they trust your ads. Real reviews in a customer's own words are some of the strongest proof you do good work.
