Open Google Profile in the left menu, then click Reviews. Look for the "get more reviews" tools.
There you'll find a review link. You can text that link to a customer, and it takes them straight to the page where they leave you a Google review.
The best time to send it is right after you finish a job, while the customer is happy and it's fresh in their mind.
A steady flow of new reviews is one of the strongest things for showing up on Google Maps. A few every month beats a big pile all at once.
Never buy fake reviews. Google finds them, removes them, and can punish your listing for it.
If Google Profile isn't in your left menu, it isn't switched on for your account. Ask the support team to turn it on.
