Something on my website looks wrong. What do I do?

First, try the quick checks. Most of the time one of these clears it up.

  1. Refresh the page. Sometimes the screen is just showing an old copy.
  2. Think about what changed most recently. A save, a draft, or a new photo is the usual cause.
  3. If your account has drafts, the Discard button throws away unpublished changes and puts things back the way they were.

If the problem isn't obvious, contact the support team. Click the Need help? link at the top of your site editor.

Tell them three things:

  • Which page has the problem.
  • What it should look like.
  • What it looks like now.

A screenshot from your phone helps a lot.

Nothing you did is unfixable. The support team can put things back.

Why this matters

Your website is often the first thing a customer sees. Catching a problem early keeps it from costing you a call or a job.
