In the left menu under Your Website, click Business. Your name is under The basics, and your address is under Where you are.
- In the left menu under Your Website, click Business.
- To change your name, open The basics and edit the name field.
- To change your address, open Where you are and edit it there.
- Press Save.
Changing your name here updates it everywhere on your website at once.
One important note: this does not change your Google listing. That's a separate place, with its own name and address. If your Google listing is wrong too, see "Why does it say my website and Google don't match?" below.
Why this matters
Your name and address need to match across your website and Google. When they don't match, Google trusts you less and customers get confused about who they're calling.
