In the left menu under Your Website, click Business. Your phone number is in the The basics section.
- In the left menu under Your Website, click Business.
- Open the The basics section.
- Type your new number in the Phone field.
- Press Save.
Your number shows in a few places on your site — the top header, the footer at the bottom, and the contact areas. You only change it here once, and all of those update together.
One thing to check: keep this number the same as the one on your Google listing. When they match, Google trusts your business more.
Why this matters
The phone number is how a customer reaches you. A wrong number is a job that calls someone else.
