There are four roles. Each one can do a little less than the one before it.
- Owner — can do everything, including Team and API Keys.
- Admin — can do nearly everything, except a few owner-only areas.
- Editor — can edit website content like pages, photos, and services, but not settings, alerts, or advanced tools.
- Viewer — can look at things like the dashboard, leads, and business info, but can't change anything.
A simple rule of thumb:
- Your office manager → admin.
- A helper who just updates photos → editor.
- Someone who only checks leads → viewer.
Why this matters
The right role lets people help without giving everyone the keys to everything. You decide who can change what.
