You have two doors, and it's on purpose. Each one opens a different side of things.
Door 1 — your account page. You log in with an email and password. This is the money-and-address side: your bill, your web address, turning your site on, and getting help.
Door 2 — your site editor. You log in with a username and password, at your own website address plus /admin (for example, smithplumbing.com/admin). This is everything about what your website says and shows.
You don't always need both passwords. Your account page has an Edit my website button that opens your site editor without typing that second password.
Each login resets separately. Changing one never changes the other.
Why this matters
Keeping the money side and the website side apart means a helper can edit the site without ever seeing your bill.
