Yes. The things that matter are yours to take.
Here's what you can take, and where:
- Your customer list — export it as a spreadsheet file from the Sales Tools tab, under the Customers heading.
- Your site's words — export them as a spreadsheet from Bulk Edit. In the left menu, click Advanced to open that section, then Bulk Edit.
- Your web address — your domain belongs to you and moves wherever you go.
- Your photos — they're your own. Keep the originals on your phone or computer as your master copies.
Do these exports before you cancel. After you cancel, the website comes down, so grab your list and words while the site is still up.

There are no lock-in tricks here. Knowing you can walk away with your list and your content means you're never stuck, and that's how it should be.
