How do I add common questions and answers to a service page?

Each service can carry its own set of questions and answers, edited inside the service in the Services tab.

1. In the left menu under Your Website, click Services.
2. Open the service you want to add questions to.
3. Add a question and its answer. Add as many pairs as you like.
4. Press Save.

These show on that service's page. Write the questions customers actually ask, and answer them straight. Good examples: "Do you charge for estimates?" or "How long does a water heater install take?"

This helps two ways. Visitors get their answer without having to call. And Google likes pages that answer real questions, so it may show your page to more people.

Why this matters

The questions you hear on the phone all day are the same ones people type into Google. Answering them on the page saves you calls and helps the right customers find you.
