LocalGPT is a chat that answers questions about your site right away. You'll find it in the left menu under the Assistant heading, next to Assistant.
If you don't see LocalGPT in the menu, it isn't turned on for your account. Ask the support team and they can turn it on.
Here's the difference between the two:
- Assistant is the worker. It also watches your competitors and sends you a weekly report.
- LocalGPT is the quick question-and-answer chat inside your site editor.
You can ask LocalGPT about your site, and it can make changes too. But every change it suggests waits for your yes before it happens. Nothing changes on its own.
Each tab shows how much you can use that month. Only the owner and admins can open them.
Why this matters
When you have a quick question while editing, this gives you a straight answer on the spot. You stay in charge, because no change goes live until you approve it.
