Your story lives in the About tab of your site editor.
- In the left menu under Your Website, click About.
- Write your story in the story box. It shows on both your home page and your About page.
- Press Save.
If you'd rather not start from a blank box, there's a draft it for me button. It writes a first version from your business info. It replaces whatever is in the box, and nothing goes on your site until you press Save — so read it over and make it sound like you.
Below the story is a section for the things that build trust: your license number, years in business, certifications, and any awards. Fill in what you have.
Why this matters
People hire a person, not a website. Your story and your license number tell a stranger you're real, local, and safe to let in the door.
